About Us

Formerly known as IASCUS, IAEE is affiliated with the American Association for Employment in Education. IAEE serves the public school districts, colleges and universities of Illinois. IAEE is dedicated to:

• Establish and maintain professional standards among those engaged in recruitment and selection of staff for educational institutions.
• Foster cooperation between career center officials and school district personnel.
• Discuss and attempt to resolve problems/issues in the fields of staffing and personnel/human resources.
• Encourage the use of institutional career centers by school and college authorities.
• Promote research and making possible its exchange, dissemination, and implementation.
